We keep things simple, no 47-page proposals or months of "discovery." Here's what working with us looks like from first conversation to launch and beyond:

Conversation

This stage is optional, but recommended. This may start with an email contact, a call, or consultation meeting to understand what you need. We'll give you honest feedback on scope, timeline, and whether we're the right fit. No obligation.

Scope & quote

You can choose a package from our pricing page or we'll build a custom scope if needed. Either way, you get a clear quote with fixed pricing, deliverables, and timelines with no surprises.

Kickoff & portal access

Once you confirm, we send a welcome email and invite you to the client portal. That's where you'll track progress, view milestones, handle approvals, without digging through emails, etc. It's all in one dashboard.

Build

We work iteratively, sharing progress at each stage. You'll have a staging site to review, and each milestone that needs your signoff (design, content, pre-launch) appears in the portal with a clear explanation.

Launch

We handle the technical side: domain, SSL, analytics, SEO basics. You get documentation and a walkthrough on anything you need to manage yourself.

Ongoing support

We offer maintenance plans, but there's no lock-in. Your site is yours, we hand over full access and will help you transition if you ever want to move on.
